Medicaid Buy In for Working People with Disabilities

In New York State, Medicaid Buy-In for Working People with Disabilities should be modified to include those who have non-exempt resources of more than $10,000. While it is reasonable to have some limitations on resources, the present $10,000 limit eliminates many people who have conscientiously saved money toward retirement. Also the age limitation of 65 should be eliminated.
